STICK TO YOUR ROUTINE


As far as exercise, 3 to 4 times a week is a minimum. Someone intermediate to advanced needs to train 5 to 6 days a week to break plateaus and make progress. It does not all have to be in the gym, but the work needs to get done. At any level, all exercise should be done with an adequate level of intensity that breaks the comfort zone and pushes your body to the next level. You will never see a client of mine lazily walking on the treadmill while texting, or walking out of the gym not drenched in sweat! I don’t waste your time with ineffective workouts!
